Ripken will sign children's books at Thursday night game

Baltimore legend Cal Ripken Jr. will throw out the first pitch and sign copies of his new children's book, "Out At Home," at the Orioles spring training game at Ed Smith Stadium Thursday night.
The O's will play the Toronto Blue Jays at 7:05 p.m. Ripken will autograph the first 300 books, which sell for $16.99, beginning at 8 p.m.
If past appearances by the Hall of Famer are an indication, there will be long lines. Due to time restraints, Ripken will be unable to sign additional items.
